本《最终用途声明》适用于Mouser Electronics提供产品、服务、软件和技术（以下简称“商品”）的各方和所有目的地。我们（本订单中指定的购买者或机构）证明如下：

This End Use Statement applies to all parties and destinations where products, services, software and technology are supplied by Mouser Electronics (“Items”). We - the purchaser or body named in this order - certify the following:

• We understand that diversion contrary to US law is prohibited. The Items are subject to export control laws, rules, regulations, and sanctions. The Items will not be sold, transferred, exported, or disposed of in any way to any person, entity, or country sanctioned, restricted, denied, or blocked by the US government, United Nations, European Union, or the United Kingdom.
  This includes sanctions banning exports to Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.

我们清楚，有悖于美国法律的行为都是被禁止的。这些商品受出口管制法律、规则、条例和制裁的约束。这些商品不得以任何方式出售、转让、出口或处置给受到美国政府、联合国、欧盟或英国制裁、限制、拒绝或封锁的任何个人、实体或国家。

• MILITARY USE RESTRICTIONS
  The items will not be sold, transferred, or exported to any entity on the Military End User list. The items will not be used for any purpose connected with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, and the systems capable of delivering such weapons.
  The items will not be used for any purpose connected with any Military, Military Intelligence, government intelligence, or national police end use in a prohibited country including Afghanistan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, China, Cuba, Congo, Georgia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Libya, Macau, Moldova, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen.

• SUPERCOMPUTING RESTRICTIONS

The items will not be used for any Supercomputing use that is associated with a prohibited country, including:
Any facility of an entity headquartered in or whose ultimate parent entity is headquartered in a prohibited country.

Development or production of any part, component, or equipment to be used in a supercomputer located in or destined to a prohibited country.

PROHIBITED COUNTRIES: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Georgia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Moldova, Mongolia, Myanmar, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

• SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING RESTRICTIONS

The items will not be used for the production or development of Integrated Circuits (ICs) associated with a prohibited country, including:
Any facility of an entity headquartered in or whose ultimate parent entity is headquartered in a prohibited country.

Fabrication of Advanced Node integrated circuits in a prohibited country.

Operation, installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul, or refurbishing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment located in or destined to a prohibited country.

Development or production of any part, component, or equipment for semiconductor manufacturing or testing located in or destined to a prohibited country.

PROHIBITED COUNTRIES: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Georgia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Moldova, Mongolia, Myanmar, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
