简介

环境:Linux dev-PC 5.18.17-amd64-desktop-hwe #20.01.00.10 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Jun 15 16:17:50 CST 2023 x86_64 GNU/Linux

debugfs是一种用来调试内核的内存文件系统,可以通过debugfs和用户空间交换数据。
debugfs一般挂载:

debugfs on /sys/kernel/debug type debugfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,relatime)

目前环境上debugfs下面有这些节点:

debugfs接口

debugfs代码在fs/debugfs下面,提供的接口定义在include/linux/debugfs.h
以suspend_stats文件为例简单看下
kernel/power/main.c中查看初始化函数:

通过debugfs_create_file在debugfs文件系统中创建一个名为suspend_stats的文件,其他参数解释如下:

 * @name: a pointer to a string containing the name of the file to create.
 * @mode: the permission that the file should have.
 * @parent: a pointer to the parent dentry for this file.  This should be a
 *          directory dentry if set.  If this parameter is NULL, then the
 *          file will be created in the root of the debugfs filesystem.
 * @data: a pointer to something that the caller will want to get to later
 *        on.  The inode.i_private pointer will point to this value on
 *        the open() call.
 * @fops: a pointer to a struct file_operations that should be used for
 *        this file.
 */

通过suspend_stats_fops来定义该文件的读操作。
