mindspore更新set_context（）为set_device()
mindspore 2.2版本的测试方式为：
python -c "import mindspore;mindspore.set_context(device_target='GPU');mindspore.run_check()"
输出OK
MindSpore version: 2.2.11
The result of multiplication calculation is correct, MindSpore has been installed on platform [GPU] successfully!
不要用官网的2.3及以上版本的测试语句：
python -c "import mindspore;mindspore.set_device(device_target='GPU');mindspore.run_check()"
否则报错
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
AttributeError: module 'mindspore' has no attribute 'set_device'
原因是2.3版本吧set_context（）更新为set_device（）
