① The physicochemical characteristics of the water and sediment samples were shown in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively.
② The top and bottom boundaries of each box indicate the 75th and 25th quartile values, respectively, and lines within each box represent the median values.
③ The relative abundances of Module 1, Module 3 and Module 4 were significantly and positively correlated with TP, aridity, and DON, respectively.
④ Taxonomic differences, which were identified using linear discriminant analysis (LDA) effect size (LEfSe) analysis, indicated that there were 80 and 94 biomarkers (P < 0.05, LDA > 2.0) in water and sediment, respectively, among the five landforms.(挨着第二组,放到了介词among的前面)
⑤ This supported the lower diversity of microorganisms in the water, although elevation and MAT respectively displayed negative and positive correlations (that were not statistically significant) with the Shannon index.(这是放中间的用法,很少见)
① The times until uptake of the modified, unmodified, and control antigens were respectively 1, 2, and 5 h at 31℃ and 1.5, 3, and 5 h at 40℃.(放在第一组事物的后面,第二事物的前面)
