Windows 11上pip报‘TLS/SSL connection has been closed (EOF) (_ssl.c:1135)‘的解决方法
这个只是简单记录一下，可能是我用了代理的缘故，即便是把源换成国内的，例如阿里云，也会报错，例如：
pip install matplotlib

感觉可能是因为我开了代理，解决方法也很简单，例如我这里输入：
set http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:10809
set https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:10809然后再运行pip就可以正常安装了。感觉在国内装环境，百分之50的时间都是在处理和网络相关的问题，呵呵呵。
